EVA VAVRAKOVA
Co-founder
Eva Vavráková has over 15 years of experience in organization and leadership development, product and service design, and change management and strategy advisory, recently at HB Reavis. She obtained her PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology, researching the intersection of organizational culture and leadership. She also studied Organization studies at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. Additionally, she is a licensed therapist, a public speaker wellbeing-related topics,
and a co-author of a best-selling parenting book
on child psychology.

TAMARA SAPAK BOBAKOVA
Co-founder
Tamara Sapák Bobáková's mission is to improve workplace cultures and align them with business strategy. She has over six years of experience as a strategy consultant, including her time with Simon-Kucher & Partners in Luxembourg and Tokyo. Later, she built an academic department at LEAF Academy developing character values, self-awareness, and leadership. For her MA in character education, she researched organisational values and methods to measure them in the workplace. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and master's degrees from Sciences-Po Paris and the London School of Economics.
